Class 4

Happy New Year to everyone from Class 4.

We hope you had a wonderful Christmas, we know we all did. We have been busy since returning to school. We made some popcorn in the microwave and of course enjoyed some afterwards. We have also been exploring clay and making some ornaments we hope you will enjoy.

Happy Christmas from everyone at Class 4. This Year we put on The Nativity for all of our friends and families at St Oliver’s. It was truely an awesome production and we are very proud of ourselves. Afterwards we enoyed a lovely Christmas dinner and even pulled some crackers. Here are some pictures.

Early in December we went to see “The Lightmaker” at Nuns Island Theatre. It was a fantastic interactive show where we explored all sorts of lights with lively music and technographics.

We are being really healthy this month in Class 4 and we are trying lots of new fruit and veg during our food dude programme.

We have had a great time dressing up for Halloween and reading out Halloween Story Meg and Mog.

Welcome to Class 4 at St Oliver’s. This year we welcome back Aoibhe, Ryan, Nicole and Kyria and we give a very warm welcome to our two new pupils Tina and Colm.

We have already had a busy term here in class 4 and have resumed our weekly visits to story time at the library.

We had a lovely trip to Nuns Island Theater  to see the show The Shape of Things run by Branar. As you will see from the photographs the children really enjoyed the performance.

Aoibhe very happy to be back at school.
